Registration is free but compulsory. Please register only if you are sure you will be able to take part in the school. Registration includes meals and accomodation from the 15th to the 19th. The participants only have to pay for their travel to and from Bourges. Due to a limited number of available apartments, each will be shared among 2 to 3 persons. Please fill out in the registration form if you know some people that you know will register and you would like to share the apartment with.

Specifically for students (including PhD students), we ask for the mailing address of the supervisor who will have to contact us by email (at cyberinberry2@sciencesconf.org) to confirm their participation to the summer school and that the laboratory will cover the travel expenses. Your registration will be confirmed once we receive this email.

Poster sessions will be organized to enable participants to present their scientific topics of interest. Each participant will be asked to bring a poster presenting a particular contribution, the main research theme (e.g. thesis topic), a state of the art... A0 portrait format is recommended.
